View the details of the selected learner such as the overview, emergency contacts, and so on. You can also generate and send correspondence, such as emails, to the learner.
Learner Details
The Learner Details screen comprises the following tabs:
Learner Overview
The Learner Overview displays basic information for the currently selected learner.
The medical indicator displays important health information. If one or more health conditions are anaphylaxis or at risk then the indicator will display as a red square.
Click the Medical indicator to display the Learner Medical screen.
The Communication section allows you to send emails, SMS messages and Engage messages to learners who are set to receive the relevant communication type.
You can only send Engage messages if a valid EBSBuzz licence is held.
Further Details
The Further Details tab contains additional information and address details for the learner.
Emergency Contacts
The Emergency Contacts tab contains emergency contact information for the learner.
Support Needs
The Support Needs tab contains the learner's support need information.
